Ongoing Postpartum Support
The most flexible way to work together.
I join you in your home to provide steady, practical, and emotional support as you recover, adjust, and settle into life with your baby.
This can include newborn care guidance, feeding support, time for rest, light household tasks, and simple, nourishing snack or meal preparation. Includes light text communication as needed in between visits.
Minimum 4-hour per visit.

Fourth Trimester Care Package
For families who want the reassurance of knowing support is already in place throughout the early postpartum weeks.
Planning ahead allows you to enter the postpartum period knowing you have dedicated support ready whenever you need it. Together, we create a flexible plan that can evolve with your family's needs, giving you space to rest, recover, and settle into life with your baby.
The package includes 48 hours of in-home postpartum support, which can be used in whatever way best supports your family, whether that means regular weekly visits throughout the fourth trimester or more frequent support in the early weeks after birth.
It also includes:
A complimentary postpartum planning and home setup visit before birth (if desired)
Light ongoing support and communication between visits
Occasional nourishing snacks throughout your postpartum journey
