Ongoing Postpartum Support
The most flexible way to work together.
I join you in your home to provide steady, practical, and emotional support as you recover, adjust, and settle into life with your baby.
This can include newborn care guidance, feeding support, time for rest, light household tasks, and simple, nourishing snack or meal preparation. Includes light text communication as needed in between visits.
Minimum 3-hour per visit.

Fourth Trimester Package
For mothers families who want steady, consistent support in the early weeks - without having to think about booking as they go.
Together, we create a rhythm of care that allows you to rest, recover, and settle into life with your baby, knowing support is already in place.
This package includes 36 hours of in-home postpartum support, which can be used in a way that best fits your needs and your family’s rhythm.It includes a postpartum planning session (if desired), ongoing support between visits, and some simple nourishing snacks.
